Coen day 1

Well, I am definatly new to the whole post thing... but it will help you all keep in touch... instead of my cheezy e-mails.

The majority of this blog will be all about Coen. So... I will tell you a little bit.

Coen was born January 7, 2009 at 1:05 am. He weighed 7 lbs 3 oz and was 100% his father's boy!! All the nurses were amazed at how much he really did look like a little boy. He had a lot of hair and all the nurses called him " little man." Really they probably call all the boys that... but it meant a lot to me.

From day 1, he was very impatient. He had a hard time learning to breast-feed because he just wanted stuff NOW so we moved to finger feeding. It was so funny to watch him suck that stuff down. We all just laughed because we didn't even need to push the syringe down... he just did it all himself!

Everyone was so excited to meet him!!
